STP600 Automatic Strapping Machine

The STP 600 is an automatic arch strapping machine designed for faster, more consistent strapping in busy packing and production environments. Simply position the carton or product within the arch and the machine automatically feeds, tensions, seals and cuts the strap, reducing manual handling and speeding up repetitive packing tasks.

Suitable for PP strapping, the STP 600 offers electronic tension control, automatic strap feeding and re-feeding, and a robust, lubrication-free strapping head. It’s a practical step up from semi-automatic strapping machines for operations looking to increase throughput and standardise their packing process. The underlying TP-601D platform is rated for up to 29 strapping cycles per minute.
